* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality standards
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer service role for a transportation or logistics company
* Familiarity with Access-a-Ride transportation program or similar services
