[Remote] Senior Paid Media Analyst

As a Senior Paid Media Analyst, you will lead the integration of ad server data into reporting systems, analyze digital marketing performance, and provide actionable insights to improve fundraising outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead the integration and ongoing management of ad server data into Avalon’s broader reporting ecosystemBuild and maintain data pipelines that integrate ad server, paid media, email, and web analytics dataAnalyze de-duplicated conversion data and support the development of multi-touch attribution models that provide a more complete understanding of supporter behaviorMaintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Avalon’s digital reporting environment, including Tableau dashboards and ETL workflowsEnsure the integrity, consistency, and reconciliation of data across digital platforms, ad servers, ETL tools, and internal databasesDevelop scalable reporting solutions that enable internal teams and clients to confidently understand performanceAnalyze paid media, email, and cross-channel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimizationTranslate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for Digital and client teamsSupport testing, forecasting, attribution analysis, and measurement initiatives that improve fundraising outcomesSkillsApproximately 4-6 years of experience in digital analytics and paid media measurement and analysisExperience working with paid media, email, web analytics, and digital marketing datasetsAdvanced SQL/T-SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasetsExperience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reporting solutionsHands-on experience with ad server implementation, management, and reportingExperience with ETL tools and data ingestion platforms such as Hevo, FiveTran, Windsor, Funnel, or similarExperience identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data discrepancies across reporting environmentsStrong understanding of attribution methodologies, conversion tracking, and digital measurement frameworksExperience working with de-duplicated conversion data and multi-touch attribution modelsExperience designing data structures, field mappings, and reporting frameworks that support scalable analyticsUnderstanding of platform attribution differences across paid media and email environmentsExperience supporting nonprofit fundraising, donor acquisition, or direct response marketing programsBenefitsEmployer-paid health, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous paid leaveRemote work reimbursementsEmployer-paid life and disability insuranceA safe harbor 401(k) planCompany OverviewNTEN is a non-profit organizations that share technology strategically and equitably solutions across the sector & support each other work.
