**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Manager – careerzynith Agent Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication
* Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
* Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients about insurance options and promote the development of our business
* Leading a team of 4 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to ensure seamless customer service and support
* Collaborating with other agency team members to achieve sales and service goals
* Anticipating and addressing customer needs through proactive problem-solving and communication

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A strong commitment to customer service and a customer-focused approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
* Proactive problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
* A Texas General Lines License
* At least one year of consumer insurance working experience
* A competitive desire to sell and service insurance and financial products
