We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Lead Teacher for our 3K for All program, with an immediate start date. Key Responsibilities
• Cultivate a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth of each child.
• Deliver engaging instruction and facilitate learning experiences inspired by The Creative Curriculum.
• Create and implement unit, weekly, and individualized lesson plans in alignment with program objectives.
• Tailor instruction to meet the diverse strengths and interests of every student.
• Conduct regular assessments of student progress, documenting observations and using data to inform teaching practices.
• Employ positive behavior management strategies in line with Archdiocesan guidelines.
• Collaborate with school administration, coaches, and fellow educators to ensure high-quality early childhood instruction.
• Maintain open communication with families, addressing concerns and promoting partnership in the educational journey.
• Mentor and guide teacher assistants and aides.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and actively seek opportunities for growth as an early childhood educator.

Required Skills
• Proficient classroom management abilities.
• Expertise in developing engaging and differentiated lesson plans.
• Familiarity with using Teaching Strategies Gold for assessment and documentation.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and administration.
• Competence in applying positive behavior management techniques.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience working with children under six years of age.
• Preferred New York State teaching certification: Early Childhood (Birth - Grade 2) or related certifications.
• Candidates with an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood and at least two years of experience in a 3K or Pre-K 4 setting are encouraged to apply.
