**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Manager - careerzynith Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for:
* Providing friendly and accurate customer service to current and potential customers
* Using a customer-focused needs-based conversation to recommend products that will fit our customer's needs
* Being the first point of contact for inbound calls
* Knowing the proper servicing processes for basic careerzynith policies (taking payments, coverage changes, Necho, ECRM, claims, etc.)
* Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
* Developing and implementing cross-functional campaigns to expand the value generated by producers and innovate our customers' experience
* Strategically positioning our agency through social media and community events
* Gaining unique insights invaluable to your career growth and development
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current Property and Casualty license
* Current Life and Health license
* Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
* Marketing experience preferred
* Spanish bilingual preferred
* Ability to make presentations to potential customers
* Self-motivation and a people-oriented approach
* Creativity in problem-solving and goal achievement
* Excellent collaborative communication skills with team members and customers
