Responsibilities:
• Deliver structured leadership and personal development programs (training provided)
• Communicate professionally with individuals seeking personal and professional growth
• Manage warm leads via phone and email
• Create and share educational or marketing-style content to support engagement
• Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development
• Follow established systems and processes to ensure consistent outcomes
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, leadership, coaching, education, consulting, or similar fields
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using digital tools to manage remote workflow
• Reliable computer, phone, and internet access
Compensation & Structure:
• Independent contractor (1099)
• Flexible, performance-based compensation
• Not a salaried or hourly employee role
• No cold calling or pressure selling
• Training and ongoing support provided
