**What to Expect**

As a Customer Service Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our call center. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the call center, focusing on call metrics and quality assurance
* Developing and executing strategies to enhance call center efficiency and performance
* Recruiting, training, and mentoring call center agents to build a strong team
* Monitoring and analyzing call center metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
* Collaborating with the VP of Client Experience to optimize the use of Amazon Connect for call handling

**What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong combination of leadership, technical, and analytical skills. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for:

* 5+ years of experience in a call center management role, preferably in the health insurance industry
* Expert knowledge of Amazon Connect
* Experience managing a remote team
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams
* Proven track record in managing and improving call center operations
