**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for leading and developing our front-line team members to ensure a safe and high-performing operation. Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Driving Operational Excellence**: You'll be responsible for maintaining a safety-conscious environment while driving operational excellence. This will involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions to enhance our services.
* **Establishing Team and Individual Goals**: You'll work closely with your team to establish goals that align with departmental and company objectives. This will involve setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and monitoring progress to ensure we're meeting our targets.
* **Coaching and Mentoring**: You'll provide coaching and mentoring to front-line team members to develop their skills and enhance their customer service abilities. This will involve identifying areas for improvement, providing feedback, and developing personalized development plans.
* **Fostering Effective Relationships**: You'll promote effective relationships within the team by fostering a culture of compassion and respect. This will involve encouraging open communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
* **Allocating Resources**: You'll allocate resources effectively to support operational goals safely. This will involve managing budgets, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional customer service.
* **Conducting Self-Audits and Safety Engagements**: You'll conduct regular self-audits and safety engagements to ensure ongoing safety and reliability. This will involve identifying areas for improvement, implementing effective solutions, and monitoring progress to ensure we're meeting our safety standards.
* **Facilitating Effective Communication**: You'll facilitate effective communication among departments to achieve common goals. This will involve coordinating with other teams, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
* **Coordinating Assignments**: You'll coordinate assignments for front-line team members to dynamically work flights at gates. This will involve managing schedules, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* **High School Diploma or GED Equivalency**: You'll need to have a high school diploma or GED equivalency to be considered for this role.
* **Previous Airport Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in airport customer service is preferred, but not required.
* **2 Years Experience Leading Others**: You'll need to have at least 2 years of experience leading others to be considered for this role.
* **Knowledge of Company Policies and Procedures**: You'll need to have knowledge of careerzynith's policies and procedures, as well as functional automation applications.
