**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our part-time team on a 3-6 month contract. As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including email, chat, and phone calls. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, maintain accurate records, and contribute to ongoing improvements in products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Customer Engagement**: Interact with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone calls, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
* **Problem Solving**: Tackle challenges head-on by troubleshooting and finding innovative solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
* **Communication Skills**: Articulate and empathetic communication is key. You'll be the bridge between the customer and the company, providing clear and concise information.
* **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions to contribute to ongoing improvements in products and services.

**Requirements**

* **Experience**: Prior customer service experience is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a passion for customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills.
