[Remote] Strategic Account Manager - Industrial

The Strategic Account Manager will own the divisional sales strategy for climbing equipment and other industrial products, focusing on new business development and driving profitable growth through key account management.ResponsibilitiesChampion and model ProDriven’s mission, values, and culture—set the tone externally and internallyOwn the account strategy; align internal teams and customer stakeholders to drive profitable growth and expand line listingsLead all Customer HQ relationships, ensuring consistent communication of key updates (leadership changes, programs, product launches, supply chain, etc.)Build strong, collaborative customer relationships that drive share gain and deliver against profitability targetsOwn new product introductions—plans, programs, promotions, training, and execution across all stakeholdersManage the customer’s website presence, ensuring ProDriven brands are accurately and effectively representedLead all national programming elements including pricing, rebates, and co-opPartner with RSMs on regional execution (merchandising, end-user conversion) and establish a consistent review cadence to track performance and drive accountabilitySupport key events, trainings, and market meetings as neededMaintain visibility to all end-user opportunities nationwide; ensure a clear, active pipeline tied to the account across all regionsPartner with business leadership to set and deliver against share, growth, and profitability goalsSupport development of customer-facing and internal presentations, including annual and strategic business plansLead and influence Manufacturer Rep Agencies and Account Managers to ensure aligned executionMaintain accurate activity tracking and opportunity management in SFDCDeliver reliable monthly forecasts for assigned accountsProvide product and selling training to customers, rep agencies, account managers, and internal teamsConduct regular business reviews to evaluate competitive position and performance against objectivesSkillsBachelor's degree or related field preferred or equivalent work experience required3 ~ 5 years of Direct experience requiredIntermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint skillsIntermediate level Microsoft Excel skillsIntermediate level system(s) skills in SFDC, Power BI50% ~ 70% travel domestically requiredBenefitsPresently this position is remote.Travel Requirements: 50% ~ 70% travel domestically requiredCompany OverviewProDriven Global Brands operates industrial, construction, safety, and worksite equipment brands for professional users.
