**Available Shifts**
We're looking for someone who can commit to the following shifts:
* Tuesday: Chat 5:00 P.M. EST - 9:00 P.M. EST
* Wednesday: Phones 2:00 P.M. EST - 5:00 P.M. EST + Chat 5:00 P.M. EST - 9:00 P.M. EST
* Friday: Phones 6:00 P.M. EST - 9:00 P.M. EST
**Pay and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, and a starting rate of $10 per hour. As you progress in your role and meet sales targets, your pay will increase. You'll also have the opportunity to earn bonuses each month.
**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service + Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email
* Building relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth
* Working with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Collaborating with our customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A strong passion for customer service and sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
* High school diploma or equivalent required; college students preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools
