**Job Summary:**

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide assistance to a variety of products and services, ensuring seamless customer experiences
* Assist on assignments of moderate complexity under general supervision, leveraging your analytical skills to drive results
* Assist on a wide range of specialized administrative and technical tasks, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
* Exchange moderately complex information with others, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Evaluate and select solutions in order to complete limited complexity assignments, applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for careerzynith's reputation and safeguarding our clients and assets
* Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
**Qualifications:**
* 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, credit analysis, or a related field

* Demonstrated technical and administrative knowledge, with proficiency in data entry, reporting, and analysis
