Experienced Customer Service Coordinator – Remote Customer Support and Order Resolution

**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Updating customer information and order status in our order system
* Reviewing dashboards for alerts and taking proactive steps to resolve issues
* Escalating unresolved issues to senior team members and stakeholders
* Performing resolution procedures outlined in our static help file
* Investigating rules engine failures and determining appropriate courses of action
* Maintaining client/customer criteria for handling orders
* Updating and maintaining current information on prices and ensuring Sales Data Coordinator is notified in a timely manner
* Filing documents according to careerzynith policy
* Maintaining excellent working relationships with customers, clients, and co-workers
* Assisting with Customer Replenishment (CRP/VMI) as needed, including maintaining inventory data, entering orders in Becton Schantz, and managing CRP order process through delivery
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* An associate degree or formal customer service training is preferred
* Two years of business process solutions, customer service, and/or administrative experience
* One year of food broker experience is preferred
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Proficiency in data/order entry and software
* Possession of Becton System technical skills
* Ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm
