Role summary: As the Demand Generation Manager at Altimate AI, you will design and execute integrated acquisition and nurturing programs that drive a qualified pipeline for our sales organisation. You will be responsible for campaign planning and execution, measurement, and work closely with Sales to optimise the funnel from MQL β SQL β opportunity.
What youβll do (key responsibilities)
β’ Build and execute multi-channel demand programs (email, content syndication, social, events, ABM, paid)
β’ Run ABM/sales-targeted plays for strategic accounts, in collaboration with the sales team
β’ Act as the teamβs Hubspot expert, helping us enforce best practices and get the most out of our CRM and marketing automation system.
β’ Own lead lifecycle and lead scoring in Hubspot; optimise handoff SLAs with Sales/SDR teams.
β’ Manage marketing automation and CRM: build flows, campaigns, and reports.
β’ Test and optimise creative, landing pages, CTAs and flows to improve conversion rates. Identify and measure the most effective channels
β’ Report on funnel metrics, CAC, LTV, pipeline influenced, and ROI across channels.
Success metrics / KPIs
β’ Ultimately: Qualified pipeline generated (monthly/quarterly targets).
β’ Leading indicators: social media footprint, website visitors, engagement with content and emails.

β’ Experience creating, managing, and measuring multi-channel campaigns
β’ Experience scaling sponsored content, newsletter partnerships, and related spend
