If you're a passionate and performance-driven team player who embodies our Care & Compete Principles and Competencies, we want to hear from you! **The Role** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to play a key role in supporting Regional Center consumers and providers by managing inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This position ensures timely responses through phone, email, and system communications, contributing to efficient service delivery and a positive client experience. **Primary Responsibilities** - Manage inbound phone and email communications, assign tasks, and ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date consumer and provider records in case management systems - Coordinate documentation and preparation for Regional Center services - Support office-wide communication projects, including mass emails and outbound responses - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing, payroll, and enrollment issues - Monitor and resolve tasks and cases created by DS Support teams - Handle general office support responsibilities, including mail, background checks, and file maintenance **This is a hybrid position**, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per month.
