As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our mission to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Call Center Representative (Emergency Response) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling questions and concerns regarding weather-related emergencies with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism * Communicating and providing accurate answers to resolve end-users' questions and concerns * Displaying empathy, having a passion for customer service excellence, and enjoying helping people, especially those impacted by weather-related incidents * Using a respectful and tactful manner to effectively deal with difficult situations * Maintaining knowledge of systems/applications/products serviced by the contact center * Ability to follow strict work instructions and procedures * Adapting to continual changes to work instructions and procedures * Available for a flexible schedule from 7 AM to 12 AM ET, Monday through Sunday * Attending training as needed * Listening to performance feedback and integrating suggestions into your daily tasks * Demonstrating a strong attendance record and excellent work ethic **Qualifications and Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Must be a U.S Citizen * Effective listening & comprehension skills * Ability to closely follow instructions * Outstanding verbal & written communication skills * Analytical & resourceful problem-solving skills * Proper telephone etiquette * High level of accuracy & attention to detail * Computer literacy, technical aptitude & familiarity with basic office software systems * Ability to work independently & in a team setting * Must be able to pass a Public Trust Background Check **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in a call center environment * 1 year of experience in customer service **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Call Center Representative (Emergency Response) at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $21.50 per hour * Flexible scheduling from 7 AM to 12 AM ET, Monday through Sunday * Opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home * Comprehensive training and ongoing support * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our team members.
