As a Customer Service (Operations Support) Specialist, you will be part of a close-knit team that values teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect. Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including an on-site clinic, 24-hour fitness center, and free fresh fruit and beverages.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service (Operations Support) Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our business. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing phone and email customer support to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
* Answering troubleshooting calls, building platform knowledge, and providing technical assistance to customers
* Configuring and managing the careerzynith SaaS system for customers, including loading and validating customer system data
* Creating online versions of customer documents with data tagging, using Word and PDF templates
* Training responsibilities, including scheduling and setting up webinars with customers
* Utilizing our Knowledge Base to ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Preferred 2 years of experience in customer support or operations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent data entry and typing skills
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
* Ability to gather accurate information and resolve problems efficiently
* Effective problem resolution and critical thinking skills
* Ability to use and manage web-based and database tools
* Strong organizational skills and commitment to company values
