* Communicating benefits information to customers, addressing questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner

* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices
* Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation as required

**Essential Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service, sales, or a related field
* Proficient level English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Previous experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of resolving issues efficiently and effectively
