**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, delivery, products, payments, and website guidance
* Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers and arenaflex business partners
* Gathering intelligence to prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance
* Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day and late shifts, and national holidays
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* Right to work in Colombia
* Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency) with an English level of 85% or above
* Proficient computer skills
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 06 am to 11 pm
* A quiet, distraction-free workspace within a dedicated office space with a desk and chair
* High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
