Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and complete information. Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Maintain a positive , empathetic, and professional demeanor toward customers at all times. Utilize the right methods and tools to provide valid and complete information to customers. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and continuous improvement. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication skills , both written and verbal. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or related fields. Further education in customer service, business, or a related field. Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
