**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and more. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile
* Take orders and process payments efficiently, using our state-of-the-art technology
* Assemble orders and deliver food to customers in a timely manner
* Clean the dining room and maintain a clean and safe environment
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service
* Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
* Multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* 16 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
* Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
* Ability to ascend or descend stairs
* Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
* Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
* Ability to work in a team environment
