**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Inquiry Management:** Provide proactive, clear, and efficient support to our users and drivers by answering their questions and resolving their concerns.
* **Customer and Driver Complaints:** Handle complaints in a timely and effective manner, providing solutions and alternatives that meet the needs of our customers and drivers.
* **Supply and Demand Matching:** Monitor daily operations activities and proactively engage drivers to ensure maximum fulfillment rates.
* **Company Procedures:** Understand and follow company procedures to provide accurate, valid, and complete information to our customers.

* **Problem-Solving Mindset:** A go-getter attitude and a willingness to proactively customize solutions for each customer's needs.
* **Discernment and Diplomacy:** An acute sense of discernment and diplomacy to arbitrate fairly on difficult cases and situations.
