With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, employee development, and community involvement, arenaflex is the perfect place to launch or advance your career. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers with questions and recommendations to ensure they find the perfect products for their needs * Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register, maintaining accuracy and efficiency * Maintaining the security of cash and protecting company assets, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of integrity and accountability * Keeping the store well-stocked, recovering merchandise, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment * Receiving merchandise and helping with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards * Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders * Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable * Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or team lead **Skills and Experience** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred) * Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents * Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting * Excellent customer service and relationship management skills * Strong organizational and communication skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills **Perks and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
