**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, including cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
* Process orders efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service, assisting other crew members as needed
* Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
* Multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be 16 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
* Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
* Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a restaurant or service-oriented role
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
