**The Role**
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you'll be responsible for facilitating intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers. You'll create a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Achieving satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
* Providing exceptional client service experiences
* Logging and tracking both calls and requests while servicing clients
* Addressing opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment. If you have:
* A flexible schedule and are available to work hours between 8AM-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends
* Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
* Experience with call center software and scheduling tools
* The ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A willingness to learn and grow with our organization
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual (preferably in a non-Spanish language)
* Experience in the language/translation industry
