Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with customers, and playing a vital part in driving sales and growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging sales floor environment, assisting customers in finding the products they need, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be involved in handling clerical duties, such as managing customer files and contracts, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to exceed their expectations
Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving any concerns they may have
Maintain a positive and organized sales floor environment, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed
Handle clerical duties, such as managing customer files, contracts, and other administrative tasks
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and best practices to drive business growth
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments


Essential Qualifications

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and colleagues at all levels
A strong desire to help customers, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving sales goals and objectives
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a minimum age of 18 years old
Able to perform a physical job, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly, with training and tools provided to ensure safety


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, customer service, or retail
Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
