Key Responsibilities Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs and preferences Advise customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing, ensuring that they understand the benefits and features of each option Process new and amended enrollments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently Deliver expert customer experiences, providing personalized support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with empathy, patience, and understanding, providing a positive and supportive experience for each customer Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and personal qualities that align with our company values and mission.
