**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that will keep you engaged and motivated. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
* **Updating and Maintaining Records**: Maintaining and updating records, both physical and digital, to ensure that all information is current and easily accessible.
* **Operating Office Equipment**: Proficiently operating a wide range of office equipment, including photocopiers, computers, and printers, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* **Communicating with Clients**: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **Scheduling Appointments**: Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and prepared.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

* **Great Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and executive leadership.
* **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in using computers and software, including Microsoft Office, with experience in using basic standard office equipment.
* **QuickBooks Knowledge**: Familiarity with QuickBooks, with the ability to use the software to manage and maintain records.
* **Typing Speed**: A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data.
* **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills.
* **Teamwork**: The ability to work well with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership and management, to achieve common goals and objectives.

**Job Type and Schedule**

This is a full-time position, with an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with regular check-ins and communication with your team.

**Compensation and Benefits**

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a hourly rate of $15.50 - $20.00 per hour. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive:
