[Remote] Workforce Optimization Program Manager

They are seeking a Workforce Optimization Program Manager to drive process optimization and efficiencies across workforce operations, leading project management components and collaborating with various departments.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current workforce and recruitment workflows and tools and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectivenessDevelop, document, and implement scalable processes to enhance user experience and effectivenessEnsure compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and industry best practicesWork cross-functionally with HR, IT, and other departments to improve systems and toolsManage and report out on recruitment and workforce-related projects, such as system implementations, process automation, and reporting enhancementsDrive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights and stakeholder feedbackSupport monitoring workforce metrics and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementPartner with HRIS and IT teams to optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS), core HR, onboarding and other systemsSupport system migrations, integrations, and user trainingServe as a key resource for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams in process implementation and troubleshootingProvide training and documentation to ensure alignment with updated policies and systemsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field (an additional 5 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR project management, or process improvementAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft products such as PowerPoint, Word, and VisioIntermediate proficiency in Excel, including building and analyzing pivot tables and using VLOOKUP functions for data management and reportingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of workforce technology, which can include applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR Technology, or labor/productivity systemsExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in healthcare recruiting or workforce management environmentsFamiliarity with ATS, CRM, workforce planning, or HR systemsExperience supporting large-scale change initiatives or system rolloutsKnowledge of recruiting metrics, workforce analytics, and reportingComfortable leading virtual live training sessions, developing clear user guides, and providing end-user support during new process or system launchesProject management certification or formal training (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plusBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, disability, AD&D, and life insurancePaid time off (vacation & sick leave)Discretionary 401k match10 paid holidays per yearHealth savings accounts, healthcare & dependent flexible spending accountsVoluntary benefits include pet insurance, legal insurance, accident and critical illness insurance, long term care, elder & childcare, auto & home insurance.For Colorado employees, paid leave in accordance with Colorado’s Healthy Families and Workplaces Act is available.Company OverviewTenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) is a diversified healthcare services company headquartered in Dallas.
