We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. **Key Responsibilities**

* Learning and understanding ETM software operation and billing and account operations
* Answering and documenting all telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills
* Updating patients' insurance coverage as needed, printing courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
* Arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
* Performing other duties and assignments as requested
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Service Agent with careerzynith, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
* Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
* Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

* Experience in retail and restaurant service
