You will work closely with our customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their financial products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, adhering to regulatory requirements, and contributing to the growth and development of our customer base. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and online chats * Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures * Cross-sell and upsell financial products and services to existing and prospective customers * Participate in sales campaigns and identify sales referral opportunities * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor **Essential Qualifications** * High school graduate or equivalent * Extensive knowledge of deposits, loans, and banking products and services with a minimum of two years customer service experience or related experience * Financial Call Center experience preferred but not required * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to sit for extended periods of time and travel to office for periodic meetings and training * Good working knowledge of Microsoft 360 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) * Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records * Relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Flexible and dependable with a strong commitment to excellence in performance of duties **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Experience working in a remote environment * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures * Experience with sales and marketing campaigns * Ability to work outside normal banking hours **Standards of Performance** * Report to work in a timely manner using secure remote connection * Complete work accurately and efficiently * Avoid distractions and maintain a positive work environment * Use the right technology and follow the "Work from Home" guidelines * Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers * Conduct customer relations in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the bank * Provide courteous and professional service to all customers * Meet technical requirements, including internet speed test (10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload, with a latency of 50ms or less) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to grow and develop your skills and career * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible and remote work options * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to training and development opportunities * A range of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
