You will be responsible for receiving English inbound calls, placing outbound calls to existing clients, and answering questions from customers. Your exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and ability to learn new software quickly will enable you to excel in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner * Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide support and resolve issues * Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients as needed * Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery * Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends * English language proficiency (required) * Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives * Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment * Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly * Goal-oriented with professional work ethics * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office * Leadership skills * Reliable transportation * Previous Customer Service experience (1 year preferred) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role * Familiarity with contact management software and systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals **Work Environment and Requirements** * Work from home in a quiet, dedicated space with a reliable internet connection (hard-wired high-speed internet connection required) * PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible) * USB-connected Headset * Webcam * Reliable transportation for occasional on-site meetings or training sessions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
