**Job Summary**
We're looking for a customer-focused and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As an Amazon expert, you'll provide white-glove service to our clients, answering questions, making quality control checks, and creating content for Amazon Posts. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent time management, and planning skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our team of customer experience agents.
**Essential Functions:**
* Provide exceptional customer support for our white-glove clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* Create and repurpose content for Amazon Posts and schedule posts for our clients, showcasing their products and services in the best possible light
* Assist with analytics reports and data downloads, providing valuable insights to our clients and helping them make informed decisions
* Demonstrate strong time management, planning skills, and ability to work collaboratively with our team of customer experience agents
* Excellent communication, research, and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Proficient in Wrike, Teamwork Desk, Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Google Apps, with the ability to navigate multiple tools and platforms with ease
* Experience with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS, with a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem and its nuances

* Successful cross-collaboration with team members to achieve annual commitments, driving results and exceeding expectations
* Maintain excellent customer satisfaction across all clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded

**Qualification Requirements:**

* Comfortable with online collaboration tools like Slack and Google Workspace, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues
* Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS, with a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem and its nuances
* Self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity and drive results, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding expectations
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and innovation
* Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (bilingual a plus), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
