**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with customers, and providing exceptional service to create lasting impressions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert advice on oil change options and additional services to customers
* Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Suggesting additional services to customers based on inspection and/or manufacturer and careerzynith recommendations
* Participating in on-the-job training to develop product knowledge and skills
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to careerzynith's high standards of quality and service
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
* Ability to interact with people face-to-face and provide exceptional customer service
* Eagerness to learn and grow, with a passion for developing product knowledge and skills
* Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs
* Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
* English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
