**Who we're looking for:**
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relations Specialist who possesses:
* Native English language proficiency or C1 level certification
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial or real estate industry
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
* In-depth knowledge of investment instruments and terminology to provide expert support
* Experience working with CRM systems to manage client data and communication
