Experienced Customer Growth Representative – Beverage Sales and Marketing

**Position Responsibilities**
As a Customer Growth Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Selling and executing promotions to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility
* Securing placement of equipment and using point-of-sale (POS) materials to optimize sales performance
* Transporting and replacing POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure maximum visibility and impact
* Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned retail accounts to drive incremental displays and increase sales volume
* Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day
* Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
* Other duties as assigned by management
**Required Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience
* Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
**Preferred Education and Experience**
* Bachelor's Degree
