Key Responsibilities As a Customer Facilitator at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering technical training and content, developing engaging learning experiences, and partnering with leadership to identify development needs and skill gaps. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering, generating, and supporting technical training and content, technician videos, and product-based curriculum and eLearning development to enhance customer experience and drive business growth Establishing effective working relationships with stakeholders to identify development needs, skill gaps, and ensure program designs are engaging learners and meeting business objectives Designing and delivering useful and engaging training programs for servicers, designed to strengthen brand loyalty and facilitate profitable growth Partnering with leadership to gain knowledge of industry work situations requiring training, and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives, and technologies Selecting or developing teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference workshops to support adult learning principles Conducting training sessions covering specified areas, and reporting on the progress of technicians and market managers under guidance during training periods Maintaining trainee records, facilitating night classes as needed, and delivering remedial or follow-up training as well as recurrent skills enhancement training Developing actionable training plans with minimum direction needed, and creating timelines and project schedules to ensure successful project execution Developing and deploying all training materials, ensuring the needs of the business are met, and reporting KPI's, strengths, and opportunities on a regular schedule Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years' training experience, with a proven track record of delivering technical training and content 5 years of experience leveraging technology for major appliance, HVAC, electrical, and other apartment industry expertise troubleshooting Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners Excellent technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to become proficient in multiple technical systems Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to 'learn on the fly' and adapt to changing business needs Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: EPA Universal certification, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to environmental sustainability Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, and we offer a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: Ongoing training and development programs, designed to enhance your technical expertise and leadership skills Opportunities for career advancement, with a clear path for progression and growth within the company A collaborative and supportive work environment, with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences Work Environment and Company Culture At blithequark, we pride ourselves on our positive and inclusive company culture, with a strong focus on teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
