You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, analyzing customer and service performance data to identify areas for improvement, and developing and implementing cost-effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve processes, maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
