**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Experience Representative with careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our products and/or services
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
**Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience (a plus)
- Strong computer navigational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
