Role Overview: As a Senior Commercial Data Analyst within our Commercial Excellence department, you will have the opportunity to work remotely while playing a vital role in managing and analyzing commercial data. Your insights will be instrumental in driving success across our commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Data Integration & Maintenance: Oversee and maintain a comprehensive global database of market and program opportunities, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration with sales intelligence to maintain a trustworthy source of information.
Market Insights: Establish processes for tracking fundraising data and work alongside the commercial team to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Analytical Support: Monitor, analyze, and disseminate field intelligence to internal stakeholders while establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance decision-making.
Collaboration with Leadership: Partner closely with commercial leadership to facilitate data-driven initiatives such as win-loss analysis, sales performance reviews, and customer behavior insights.
Commercial Trends Reporting: Generate monthly reports detailing commercial KPIs, emphasizing significant trends and areas for improvement to guide strategic decisions.
Required Skills
A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant domains such as data or financial analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the capability to develop intricate models (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas). Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is essential.
Strong experience in managing and integrating large datasets with meticulous attention to detail, combined with curiosity and problem-solving abilities to resolve data integrity issues.
Demonstrated ability to convert large datasets into clear and actionable insights.
