**Job Description**

As an Experienced Customer Experience & Operations Assistant at careerzynith, you will be responsible for ensuring every aspect of the customer experience is a positive one. This will involve:

* Answering all incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to callers by answering questions about services/products and offering basic technical support
* Processing orders and collecting customer information over the phone and updating their online accounts
* Responding to email inquiries in a timely manner
* Providing administrative support, including processing reports and light accounts receivable/payable tasks
* Conducting outgoing calls to customers who are missing information from their profiles
* Completing updates to curriculum, including formatting and adding images/audio to slides, reviewing course content for grammatical/spelling errors, and general room for improvement
* Assisting with day-to-day operations and identifying additional tasks or projects as needed

**Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**

* Reliable strong internet connection
* Quiet work environment suitable for talking on the phone with customers
* Functional office setup with working, up-to-date computer (careerzynith may provide a computer if needed)
* careerzynith will provide a phone, which can connect directly to your modem/router

**Experience/Skills**

* Customer service experience
* Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs
* Excellent writing skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Reliable
* Organized
* Self-starter
* Motivated
* Independent worker
* Excellent phone and people skills, including listening, problem solving, and conflict resolution
* Ability to prioritize projects

**Additional Information**

* Availability for an occasional Saturday (approx. 1/month) in-person to help facilitate a classroom training (taking attendance and answering questions)
* Additional pay for these days: $250 for roughly 6 hours
* Locations may vary, but will primarily be in Taunton, MA

**Hours**

* Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
* Work from home in your home office

**Pay**

* $18/hour
* Quarterly performance bonuses totaling up to $1,000.00
