Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and partner engagement, mentoring partners on best practices, and ensuring seamless store operations. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will work closely with Associate Senior Managers and the Senior Manager to achieve business objectives, develop partner capabilities, and foster a positive work environment. This is a full-time, remote position, offering a competitive salary of $20-$30 per hour, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience (25%): Drive customer satisfaction and partner engagement; mentor partners on customer care procedures and ensure the team is delivering exceptional customer service. Resolve customer escalations, monitor client flow, and take corrective action as needed.
Partner Development (25%): Provide coaching and feedback to partners; collaborate with Associate Senior Managers on formal performance discussions and discipline. Recognize partners for demonstrating company values and use recognition tools to highlight outstanding performance.
Store Operations (50%): Lead store opening and closing processes, perform MOD duties, and ensure partners complete all store tasks according to timing expectations. Communicate messages, needs, and tasks to all partners, and ensure adherence to work rule policies and SOPs.


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 8 hours per day
Legally authorized to work in the US
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand, walk, or lift moderate weight (8-20 pounds) consistently


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in entire store management, large box retail, or the home improvement industry
Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and partner engagement
Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
