**How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing**

As a Customer Experience Design Co-Op, you will play a vital role in supporting the CXD organization in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various areas of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assisting in market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Analyzing data to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and products
* Creating business cases and presenting recommendations to executive leaders
* Supporting event planning and execution to engage customers and employees
* Developing effective presentations and communications to drive results

**The CXD Organization**

The CXD organization is comprised of several areas within the travel industry, each focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to support one of the following areas:

* The Service Recovery Team: Improving employee and customer experiences by enabling frontline teams to deliver premium experiences
* The Onboard Brand Experience Team: Designing and developing interior products and amenities for new aircraft deliveries and fleet projects
* The Uniform Brand Experience Team: Managing product design, development, and distribution of frontline employee uniforms
* The Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi Team: Onboarding new providers, designing and developing next-generation products, and ensuring continuous improvement
* The Inflight Entertainment Delta Sync Seatback Team: Creating a future IFE strategy and product roadmap to deliver an innovative, best-in-class entertainment experience

**What You Need to Succeed**

To excel in this role, you will need:

* To be available for three alternating semesters
* To be enrolled in an accredited college or university during program duration
* Experience in research analysis, deck building, presentations, project coordination, and communications
* Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs
* Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
* Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred
* Willingness/ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills
* Consistently prioritizing safety and security of self, others, and personal data
* Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles
* Possessing a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Being at least 18 years of age and having authorization to work in the United States

**Co-op Program Outline**

As a Co-Op, you will spend three alternating semesters working full-time at careerzynith and enrolled in courses at your university. This will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and build a strong network of professionals in the industry.
