We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our Sales corporation, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our Sales Leadership group is well-represented in their communication with their teams and partners. You'll work closely with management to understand and articulate their business priorities, owning the end-to-end innovative process and having the ability to see the big picture while maintaining focus on every detail.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Own the end-to-end innovative process, ensuring that our Sales Leadership group is well-represented in their communication with their teams and partners.
* Work closely with management to understand and articulate their business priorities, driving innovative solutions and effective communication.
* Develop and lead a Center of Excellence for innovative resources in the US, creating a network of experts who share best practices and ensure aligned messaging.
* Manage presentation development, including storyline, speak music, and deliverables, to ensure cohesive and effective communication.
* Establish layout intake, development, and shipping processes throughout US Sales for key communication opportunities.
* Develop engaging and cohesive stories that bring complex business ideas to a wide range of audiences.
* Roll out a suite of communication shipping mediums, including Keynote, video, and web tools.
* Lead a team of innovative problem solvers, ensuring steady messaging, design, and approaches across all lines of business in the US.
**Key Qualifications**
* 5-8 years of experience in leading communications or similar experience in design or multimedia across various teams, balancing short-term projects and driving change.
* Exceptional Keynote design knowledge with a strong innovative flair.
* Exceptional writing skills to translate complex concepts into compelling speaking points or Keynote presentations.
* Self-controlled and independent, with high accountability and self-steering required for success.
* Out-of-the-box problem solver who owns the innovative process in the corporation.
* Ability to effectively partner with all team members in fast-paced environments with changing direction.
* Visible as an innovative problem solver and leader in the corporation.
* Ability to make clear decisions and remain calm under tight deadlines.
* Handles large volumes of work, making thoughtful and well-timed decisions.

* Establish and lead a Center of Excellence for innovative resources in the US, creating a network of experts who share best practices and ensure aligned messaging.
