**Job Description**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be the face of careerzynith to our Card Members, acting as an ambassador of the brand and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
* Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and turning customers into loyal enthusiasts
* Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
* Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
* Partnering with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members
**Key Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:
* Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
* Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to delight customers with every interaction
* Ability to listen to customers' needs, offer confident recommendations, and result in high satisfaction from the customer
* Must exhibit the utmost professionalism, maintain a positive attitude, and collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment
* Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, adapt to an ever-changing environment, and be resilient
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and perform light to moderate lifting as required
