**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll play a vital role in delivering superior service to our customers visiting the careerzynith Centurion Lounge. You'll be responsible for:
* Welcoming and providing access to our customers upon arrival at reception
* Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end
* Creating innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns to win their brand loyalty
* Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
* Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations
* Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
* Accommodating needs of our customers, by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
* Utilize technology platforms to provide assistance in a face-to-face customer environment
* Adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient in the face of challenges
* Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Perform light to moderate lifting for certain job tasks
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
* Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (travel reservation experience a plus)
* Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
* Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
* The ability to listen to the customer's needs, offering confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction from the customer
* The utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
* The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
* Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Resourcefulness and the ability to utilize the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
