Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the lounge Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates Utilize the Client's First philosophy to address client needs and expectations Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience A passion for serving clients with proactive solutions Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide personalized support The ability to listen to client needs, propose tailored solutions, and deliver high satisfaction with the support provided A professional and positive attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Familiarity with various technology platforms and the ability to adapt quickly Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift light to moderate weights for specific work tasks Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
