Key Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at IAH Airport. You'll be the face of American Express to our clients, serving as a brand ambassador and delivering unforgettable experiences.
