You will be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services, and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently. If you have a passion for sales, customer service, and relationship management, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products, including savings, checking, and money market accounts * Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners * Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership * Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures * Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role * Bachelor's Degree preferred * 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred * Cash handling skills and comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services * Bilingual Spanish preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management in a banking or financial services environment * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Strong sales and relationship management skills * Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other banking software applications * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our colleagues and providing opportunities for growth and development.
