Duties & Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service and effectively resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, and sourcing referrals from customers, colleagues, and partners.
Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships.
Educating customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
Maintaining your knowledge of all products, services, technology, and policies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Performing other duties as assigned by management to support the growth and success of careerzynith.
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:
A High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
A strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposit, loan, and investment products.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
1 year or more of experience in customer service and sales in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience.
Ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships with customers and colleagues.
Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services.
Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products, including checking, savings, and loan products.
Exempt Status
This role is non-exempt, meaning you'll be eligible for overtime pay.
